Hi Bill, your forecast is surprising. From the many breakouts in price it may make sense for an upmove, but Call/Put option on CBOE are at historic highs. Ti may be that the 401K effect is still in place. As to the buy recommendation I will limit them to the momentum stocks only. For those interested in accumulation I will suggest a close look of oil and gold stocks. General market direction? As usual I am confused. BWDIK Haim
