If you think the tax rate is too high here in the U.S try living in Sweden or even in any one of the Western European countries. I think tax is a necessary evil of any civilized society,I am not necessarily a big fan of the thing but that doesn't change the facts now would it? As for IRS and other 'big bro' agencies reading the Si, don't be surprised. BTW your wife is from France ask her what the tax rate is over there. PS:Don't think putting money in Cayman Islands,Swiss Banks,Isle of Man or Channel Islands will protect you from taxes,you would be surprised what the governemnt can do if they find out.It might but then again it might not is all I am saying.
