The company is supposed to send out Form 1099's. The website speaks about a possible reduction of capital, basis in, I presume Qcom stock, but I really don't understand that. The only way I can think of to "avoid" taxes on the dividend is if you have offsetting investment interest expense. See your tax adviser.

BTW, LWIN is the only stock in my portfolio where I have an unrealized loss, i.e., is down.
