Thanks for posting the link. I checked FAQs on a number of sites last night. There isn't really a website that specifically shows the procedure of a company calling in shares and exchanging them for new ones, but there are a few good examples in old press releases. Also, I picked up bits and pieces of information by looking through FAQs.
