Francois; understood; WCAP has an excellent operating cash position: $2.8M; their float is very, very low @ 2.5M shares, and the chart looks terrific.

The problem for me is that they are a "closed-end investment company" and thus, the companies they invest in must take off; as of today, there is no evidence yet that this is happening. WCAP doesn't help the situation at all. They put out one press release every 2-3 months, they're not telling us in any press releases about what companies they're investing in, and we don't know the criteria for such investment decisions. I call this lack of respect for shareholders.
