Prol, pardon me for butting into a question you didn't pose directly to me, but I think this idea of price targets is more fantasy and whim than fact. You are onto to a more objective approach by narrowing your targets to a specific date, I think your example was the end of this year (not exactly long or short term). What I would ask myself if this was my time target is whether this is the amount of time I would give this investment to perform to my expectations. Is Dec 31, '99 the total amount of boredom, pain or reward I am willing to endure in this particular issue?
