I agree Nokomis, YF is oversold and people like to kick the "dog" when it is down. The accounting "irregularity" that people seemed to be preoccupied with, was for a few million dollars that was reported in a manner some may have found suspect but was reported nonetheless in a way consitent with GAP procedures. All the rest of it is noise to fill the vacuum while we wait to find out if more acquisitions are coming or not. Graham (also a regular)
