SB, It is also important that a product be Internet friendly. IMHO, books and CD shipping charges mean that prices have to be much lower to make them worthwhile. Sometimes they are, but, then, where do margins go? Other things, like cars, don't make much sense to me. It is big ticket and I like to drive one before I buy it. Also, it is nice to have the local dealer to back the thing if there is something wrong.
Clothes, pretty much the same thing. Not all sizes listed as the same are really the same. And, most of us not only like the look, but the feel of the item before we buy. Kids' stuff, o.k. But grownup stuff, limited appeal.
The travel market may be a good concept for those who know exactly what they want. Otherwise, you may end up with a good deal in Bosnia. <G>
