JM said:"Lo mismo esta lo mismo, hombre"!

Help me out here, my spanish is a little rusty!

"The name is the same?" no, I guess I am thinking "nombre" or
"the same is the same?"

I lived in Costa Rica for a couple of years.....not far from Panama, Peninsula De Osa on the Pacific side. Miles and miles of nothing but rainforest, accessable only by boat or a couple of days hiking through some pretty tough terrain. The quickest way there was from a United Fruit Co. town called "Sierpe", about a two hour trip in a fast boat down the Sierpe river. Then the white-knuckled ride through the "boca" into the Pacific. Once I actually saw a shark feeding frenzy in that river outlet.....the water would be churning white for 200 yards from the currents, the rocks and breakers would be adeptly navigated (or not....if not, you made a one way trip) in a 16 foot boston whaler.

You could go for days or weeks without seeing another human....this might explain some of my "unique" perspectives. Many a day spent lounging in a hammock reading the likes of Carlos Castaneda, Nietchze (sp?) and a host of other social misfits. That's been 25 years ago. I am afraid I would not recognize the place....although I hear a large chunk of it was preserved as a national wilderness area. Smart move, because it was said at that time a Japanese company owned about 2/3rds of the whole peninsula, and they planned on clear-cutting it.

Asi es la vida....no?

Cheers!

Maybe I will flip a few thousand shares of ADGI at a buck each and take a little vacation down there!
