I don't care if you find my thought processes congenial, I should point out that the eminent Aristotle was often wrong, we know that now. You seem to think that there is some inalienable right as well, there isn't. As Terrence would say, "step in front of a bus at your own peril".

Precedence is always achieved by force, no other route exists.
Precedence is often established by consensus, this has been the case throughout the evolution of society.

In your Universe, right is promulgated, Euclid.
In my Universe, wrong is also promulgated, Aristotle.
Wide acceptance of something that is incorrect is quite real as well.
The "nest of wasps" does not take precedence by "right".
