John So your saying that GILD's in unapprovable. You shouldn't make such a statement without really knowing anything about the product/technology or clinical data profile. I'm sure GILD would be surprised to hear they are wasting their time. As you know, there are many big boys busy working on the Herpes. The best thing LDAK has going for them is that they're not in any sort of cash crunch and perhaps the drug is close to filing. Better strike during this brief window and get the NDA filed. When have they said a filing will be made? It will be interesting to see if they do so in timely fashion. And yes, 4 Partners is the Tisch boys. Not sure of their track record, but I think they are somewhat focused on the biotech sector, as I recall they have a decent stake in Autoimmune.
