Although iss sells direct, they also have substantial business selling through channel partners. They can count GTE Internetworking and UUnet as customers. I also think that pilt uses their real secure product in their scanning service. These partners have the potential to really drive sales. Network Associates has turned a lot of isp's off with their lousy service since they are intergrating so many comapnies. I know that our company swears by real secure and loves iss's products.

From a valuation standpoint I am concerned. This new float certainly has potential for the stock to dip. I read an article somewhere that showed how internet related issues generally drop around 10% after secondary offerings. It might be a good way to pick some up cheap. This co is a lt keeper.
