JSC--As someone who is probably way too deep into E*Trade (relative to most advice books, anyway, although no regrets so far...), I hope you're right. The folks at the Super Bowl parties I've been too, though, are not watching the commercials (by the time the game is over some of them are lucky if they can even see the screen...), and I don't think I've seen any mention of E*Trade's Super Bowl advertisements anywhere outside of this thread (which perhaps says more about me than anything else...).

In any case, I hope they work.
