WAVX Alert -- Gerry-Miles a poster on the Raging Bull thread reports that Microsoft has taken a 10% to 15% position in WAVX over the past week. Microsoft (or whoever the grand accumulator is) would have to file a Form 13-D with the SEC within 10 days of exceeding 5% ownership in the company. If Miles is correct -- that would mean the filing would be public by late this week or early next week at the latest. Its clear WAVX has been under accumulation by a very big dog -- if it turns out it was Microsoft -- well do I need to complete this sentence?

Other useful stuff --

Today WAVX has a market cap of $240 million.

John Mulcher (spelling?) stated that when one OEM signs with WAVX -- $1 billion market cap would be fair value.

Steven Sprague (WAVX's commander in chief along with his dad Peter) made a statement a while back that WAVX would not file for relisting on the NASDAQ until it had signed one OEM.

Friday WAVX announced it was applying for relisting on NASDAQ.

Translation: Someone big has been accumulating WAVX
WAVX applying for NASDAQ = One signed OEM
One signed OEM = 1 billion market cap.

30 million shares at $32 dollars = 1 billion market cap.

Stock at $8 --

Wall Street Forum presentation is on Feb. 3
NASDAQ listing in next 21 trading days.
Big Accumulater must file 13-D within 5 to 7 days if true.
Annoucement of Signed OEM -- before NASDAQ listing? or after?

This is not a day trade -- I predict WAVX will lead the index for some time.
