Amigo Sergio Since posting to you on Jan 13 the following on VRIO insider selling: <<Good question about all the 144's on VRIO. I had looked at that before I went long. In Dec there were twelve 144's or planned sales but the largest was for 1279 shares, then 8 for 853 shares, then 1 for 170 and 1 for 85 shares. Nov showed 2 small acquisitions and 2 dispostions of 270,000 each. In Oct there were planned sales of 6666 shares, 16,666 shares and 98,582 shares. All previous filings since the IPO were on intial filings, purchases, and exercised (options I assume). Others know a lot more than me about this stuff but it didn't look to bad to me. I would appreciate any helpfull comments you might have about the nature of the activity there.>> I see another 144 listed as Jan 7, 1999, for 25,000 shares. This recent filing does bother me some so I re-iterate the sentences in bold above. Larry
