Shirlitz, do some research before you shoot off your mouth. >>I don't think there will be an IPO. If you're in only because of this, you might be disappointed. This is all BS from Yahoo. This is a long distance company<< This is not BS from Yahoo--it was stated by the CEO Howard Jonas on a conference call with analysts that there was an "imminent" event that would make Net2phone an independent company--he did not say whether it would be an IPO or spinoff or both. He also said the underwriters had advised the company to be in a quiet period regarding this "imminent event." When you have no idea what you are talking about, silence is golden.
