Topfuel,
You were asking for examples of stocks with high float and market cap of around $400Million......close to what WOOD would be if it were $5.
Here's a couple:
biz.yahoo.com
40 million outstanding, 27.6M float. Stock has been to $29.50 on NO earnings. $325M market cap NOW, at only $8 per share. Market cap was $1.2B at the peak, assuming no new shares.
biz.yahoo.com
51.2 Million outstanding, 33M in float. Market cap of $460M, and stock has been as high as $37 in the past year on NO earnings. I don't know what the market cap was at $37. It's around $8 now.
And one more for good measure:
biz.yahoo.com
This one is a little more like Madera... 68M outstanding, 50M float. Has been as high as $24 in the past year, now at about $6. Market cap is $400Million now. Look where it was at it's peak.
How many more do you want? Madera has a market cap NOW of only $11M with outstanding shares of about 70M, float around 50M. Surely it's worth more than that, and $400M isn't out of line with the land holdings they have, not to mention the potential website income.
I've seen this stock at $2.50 myself, a few years ago, with much less promise than today.
BTW, all data is from Yahoo, so I can't vouch for the accuracy.
