ERP used to be a HOT industry, I'd say the ERP
sector is in a ERP recession

softcash, you're quite correct about ERP as a sector and the big players in it. However, I'm not convinced that the same slowdown that the big ERP players(SAP, PSFT, BANN) have experienced is also taking place with the mid-tier players. Companies like PSQL, INFM, ROSS, etc., don't have alot of Fortune 1000 customers. They primarily do business with mid-size companies. Many of these companies have, yet, to deal with Y2K issues in their existing G/L, H/R or other ERP related applications. I think that this may lead to a relatively strong first half of '99 for the mid-tier players like PSQL.

If you look at the results reported recently by both INFM and ROSS, their sales increased at accelerated rates rather than at reduced rates.
