John, there are some really clever and resourceful people on this thread....they will start coming out of the woodwork soon enough. Most of us were around during ADGI's 40 million share days and runs to 50 cents plus. Some may call those the good old days but truth is a great many lost their arsses in the ensuing mayhem.

I like Charles' theory....it is plausible. I could have been wrong about the good doctor all these years, it is possible. The SEC has had plenty of time and opportunities to get the "goods on the guy if there were anything to get.So, if the whole operation turns out to be a total scam, our ire should be with the SEC, this company has been in the spotlight numerous times.

BTW, people should realize these stocks can be shorted through Canadian brokerages by a select group who are quite good at it. If things get too rosey around here you can *count* on some new faces with wild negative viewpoints....it's all part of the game I supppose.

My advice to all is to keep your sell orders out of the datastream. If you are into short term profits, you should have tools sufficient for you to put in a quick order if need be. *DO NOT* place long term sell orders on this or any penny stock, why should the MM's be given information that will be used against you! Also, if you put in a stop loss order, do not be surprised if someone steals your shares, it happens all the time!

So much for Hubert's lesson on penny trading! Good Luck to all!
