You do have allot to learn!! MM's are required to fill up to 5000 shares upon recieving the Market order at the BEST BID ASK at the time the order was transmitted. If you do not get your market order filled your broker will go over the LOg and if it was the Brokerage fault they will fill it at the Best BID ASK PRICE at that time. But if the the MM's did not fill it then THEY will have to cough up some shares. These are the SEC rules I don't make this stuff up.
