Garner where did Usat get the money from to pay ftel. The Money Store would not have loaned Portney from Usat a penny and they will loan a warm body money. My opinion is that no money or equipment changed hands, it was all a scam and paper transaction for the press releases and drive the stock prices. Hopefully the SEC has ftel next on it's hit parade, because that's where ftel belongs. I'd like to know how many innocent people got robbed ( through stock purchase ) by the BS of the hypesters regards john
