Dave, I believe you are very wrong with your assumption it's not a human study. Where did you learn Phase one does not involve humans. You and I can make non human tissue study without any approval. I believe the term 'clinical' below covers it. I've seen other press where it's on advanced cases I believe. Now I have to find it to substantiate what I believe a wrong assumption on your part.
