Jay I dont see much upside this year in these stocks. The reason is because their R&D depts arent exploiting the internet as far as I know. When they do that, I will look at the sector again, because I firmly believe there is potential for some advanced biz applications that the internet has enabled. The only company even remotely interested in new technologies for applications right now is Oracle.

Im guessing that there will be a correction late this year and it might be worse than most due to y2k - October maybe? Ill probably look then at the backoffice guys. Of course Sebl continues to go up so there is one play that you can make money on this year (Sebl is the only software stock at an all time high - is that correct?)

Yah, I made money in dclk and inkt this year, in both cases I more than doubled my money in a month (too bad it wasnt my entire portfolio - I only had a little of each) nonetheless with potential gains like this why waste time here in software? You are correct Im off ramen and onto rice-a-roni now (yup the SF treat) - next step hamburger helper - go AOL,inkt, dclk, dell, csco etc

Edit: whoops I sold inkt - well heck, go inkt anyway!
