I find this fact very intriguing... assuming that the company was being forthright in its statement that "they could have sold more on the offering [that's what I read into their statement]" you have to wonder why. What event is upcoming that they need $6 mill. to tide them over till, and so certain that they don't want further dilution [and are willing to buy now themselves] in return for a longer "window" for the "event".
