It looks like everything is in place. The market potential, networks, customer acceptance etc.

Now you need the cannons and the heavy armor to gain share and to do it faster than your competitors. Your competitors have deep pockets and you do not.

You may need to align with a large aggressive player who will directly or indirectly benefit from your growth.

IMO and more a guess than anything else.
