By the time I got around Columbia SC the prices were up substantially to the high 80's and low 90's however all through out Ga and southern SC they has dropped 14 to 15 cents in two weeks. It almost seemed like a gas war. The place I stopped also had phone cards for 10 cents per min. I bought (4) 197 min phone cards for 80 dollars, total.
