As far as I know, the Camino chipset is the first chipset from Intel that supports use of Rambus RDRAMs in Pentium III computers. No Camino, no Rambus in PIII, or any current or upcoming Intel based PC.

Merced I don't know about, WRT its main memory plans by Intel. I imagine it would be Rambus, but I don't know. Someone else?
