David: Same rationale that will intrigue many of us, but..... sometimes, the painful lesson ends up being that management has just thrown the dice. ;-( No question, this is a potentially leveraged business plan. If phase III works for ilo, they'll pop. If phase II works for piv, they'll pop. If neither happens, they'll croak.
