Although I am not calling it a SCAM, I am reserving opinion , I will give you some info on MLRE First a poster named Kieko starts the thread and posts these posts about upcoming events Message 6857016 Message 6932517 Message 6932745 ALL are totally false ....and none have occured to date and I found out from Kruse that the first auction is not even planned till at least June Important thing to realize is that on Dec. 31 options for 1,800,000 shares at $2.50 expire, obviously they were exercised.. Market is over $20 at this time. Do in part I'm sure to the hype of Kieko and PR from the company about an 8,000,000 3 year contract with a barter company that they had planned to book as assets until auditors suggested otherwise. Company says that the same people responsible for the first 1,000,000 in financing are also the holders of the options. In all likelyhood it is this offshore corporation aldareinvestments.com If anybody can help tie "Kieko" to this firm, it would be very interesting. Also funny how MLRE never disclosed any relationship with this company. Mr. Ed Loessi, head of Aldare, is also the advertising contact for millionaire magazine as per email address on MLRE home page. An investment banker moonlighting as an ad salesman??? The company also refuses to discuss how many shares are outstanding or how many shares and at what price they are issuing for acquisitions. Cash on hand will not be discussed as well. I have had no luck yet finding out info about the 2 shells, CRNA and LMAC that became MLRE but I am working on it. So here it is, what can we find out
