Your honor, I bought PSFT cause their earnings really sucked and it was way over valued, But I had hoped they would do a CD and increase their future earnings by some other miracle. yes your honor, I always buy companies that has sky high P/E's based on my perception that the past is irrevilant. I mean your honor, How was I supposed to know their past earnings would increase with a restatement? Sorry your honor, it is all irrevilant. I just dont know how to read books.
