MMV, Do you have any idea when these MU shares, pursuant to their S8 filing, will be actually sold? Are these shares intended to compensate the Board of Directors? I somehow got that impression from reading the S8. freeedgar.com If so, it works out well for them since the stock has run up so much since they adopted this in November.
