I'm not qualified to answer your question about the FDA. Zicam is an over the counter medication and is probably governed by different rules and regulations than prescription drugs. I'm an engineer, not a doctor or pharmacist, and am not familiar with the FDA guidelines for OTC medications. I hope somebody else on the board will be able to answer your question because it is a good one.

Zicam has only been in stores since Friday and I would guess that it's way too early to tell how the sales are doing. I don't know how soon the company would release sales data even after they know.

Best of luck to all of us on this one. The stock is likely to be very volatile but I feel good about our chances for a big winner here.
