< sometimes, the painful lesson ends up being that management has just thrown the dice.> Yes, I don't mind them throwing the dice... but if they know (example) that they will need another 6 million in 6 months, and there is no possible news to create income (license, partner, etc) or boost the stock for a higher priced offering next time (good data coming), thats not really rolling the dice. Thats just doing another offering later for no good reason isn't it? Or do think they'd just wait hoping that their stock gets pulled up by the market and do one later? Doesn't sound right... or does it? DAK
