Janice, I think ROK means they have 135 modem manufacturer customers and the 300 supporters for their 56k technology are ISP's who are supporting Ascends RA equipment using ROK chips.
I did not check whether the list of the 300 supporters included the modem manufacturers like Diamond Multimedia etc.
