OT On the topic of exotic foods...... My favorite is sheep brain on crispy toast or a pickled snake from South Africa called a Puff Adder. I took my father in law to lunch yesterday and introduced him to calf testicles - they call them "calf fries" here in North Texas - they are served fried in a light batter an washed down with a cold Shiner Bock, it makes for a great Super Bowl snack. Kind of macho you know............
