let me give u a different way to interpret the statement "often, in advance" the way i take the stmt: Normal procedure---- USAT pays FTEL for X amt of Tempests FTEL delivers X amt of Tempests. Paying in advance---- USAT pays FTEL for an amount of Tempests greater than X FTEL delivers X amt, and will deliver the remainder when they have finished testing the units. this is how I interpreted the stmt. u can call the company and try to verify. please report back here tomorrow with what u find.
