If what they said in the CC is true and their perceptions of the market are accurate, the stock should take off regardless, IMHO. The 3mm shares is a bonus in the interim.

There should be an INTC announcement forthcoming, if their security initiative hasn't been nipped in the bud. Since the initial announcement was largely ignored by the market, there should be increased optimism.
