ALL, Hard facts??? Has anyone got any hard facts about this company? Shares Outstanding? Directors? and Salaries? Insiders? and Relationships to Directors Financial Doc's? SEC Filings? IPO Doc's? Has there been any Reg S securities issued overseas? Price-to-earnings multiple to indicate its recent stock price. Company's total market capitalization? Income statements? Expenses general and administrative? ANYTHING? I can't find anything to say anything other than company has a concept and generates no revenues. Any help would be appreciated Regards John
