Put the two together and you have a CEO who has talent, but no expertise in the biotech field, but recognized his weakness and "won over" the other guy to the Board from Medtronic. Now what is their share structure--float, outstanding, authorized? And what is the history of management or other big holders filing 144's and selling or buying? Also what are the terms of their financing? Free trading stock or restricted? Any floorless convertibles? If you guys get that, you have done the major part of the important DD
