I don't like the premise of this thread, that somehow out there there's some "undiscovered" potential high flyer that's gonna make everyone rich. Of course, there's some p&d opportunities, but, the viable internet businesses are already flying high and are well known in the market.
Many of the stocks mentioned here are OTC BB stocks. I myself, would never ever consider putting money into a non-reporting company. Many put out fishy NRs that echo those coming from viable companies (talking of strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions of cos. with generic names e.g. Technical Industries Inc., releases of new "Super-Duper" products that solve world peace, announcements of new and fantastic technologies etc. etc.), but are just smoke screens.
So as for these "high quality" small cap internet plays, I'll just short 'em when the pop like a zit. There's nothing fantastic that that a small company could do that say LU, IBM, MSFT, T, etc.,etc. couldn't do. Most of 'em fail in a couple of years. |
