My understanding is that (1) FORE is worldwide leader in ATM to desktop (this is basically "private network ATM"), with maybe 70 percent of market. (2) CSCC is worldwide leader in ATM public network switching, but mkt share similar to STRM. NN is way behind, back three years ago everybody thought they would take the entire market but they had a lot of problems with their "Vivid" product, mainly capacity constraint and they were not able to move from "hard wired" ATM to switched traffic. They lost the market mainly to FORE.
