re: 10:30 AM start of trading -- I assume that it's Eastern Standard time. In any event, that's only the CEO's prediction -- somebody called him and posted what he said. Check the Yahoo board (it may be the Milwaukee article). As for all the other people crying foul out there, it was only a few years ago that there was no such thing as America Online, Yahoo, etc., so on and so forth. This is a free enterprise system, where competition is the rule. Yahoo and Excite do not have locks on portals from now until the end of time; Microsoft does not have a lock on PCs until eternity; etc. When opportunity exists, entrepeneurs will always be out there trying to grab a piece of the market. So, instead of just crying scam, give the guy a chance to submit his additional info to Nasdaq.
