Fred, for what it's worth... I sent my e-mail request for the upgrade on Saturday (1/23)... I received an e-mail acknowledgement from QP on Monday (1/25)... and then the new cd arrived in the mail on Thursday (1/28). Hope yours shows up soon. Steve
