Yep. Looks like CREAF is about to go from the ridiculous back to the sublime.

Here's an idea for Sim, assuming he has any influence with the Singapore government (which I really doubt right now.) He should buy up his 10% allotment right away while the selling pressure is great. Then he should sell that 10% to the Singapore government at cost for holding in their pension funds and what not. In return CREAF would be allowed to hold another AGM and authorize an additional 10%.

The Singapore government would be shown to be supporting what is supposed to be one of their brightest spots and they would be getting a dividend on top. And CREAF would have a more stable support base for their stock. But I keep trying to think logically about these things and they don't work that way over there.
