Exactly! Only 3 business days left for the announcement. Trading pattern does not give any indication of any impending news event. Just my opinion. If JV's control news release, could Lev cite that as a reason not to announce - before, during or after the meeting? In that case, Lev would be forced to answer shareholders' questions (and their frustration) at the meeting. Any idea when/if a CC is scheduled to discuss the 10-K? Ram
