Blessed and others, Of course you understood when you purchased your Adot shares that this company is a research and development company and that most R&D companies dont meet their expected deadlines and usually have many obstacles to eventually meet thier deadlines.(evem the big boys fail to meet their deadlines) From the 10SB in Dec. you can see that Adot has in fact leased the necessary equipment back in July. You can also see that Adot has been recieving payments on the TWO billboards for $1.7million and have been working on additional phases of that contract. Also the information on the "firstright" for Biomoda production has not been excluded. <<I haven't heard anymore about the several inquiries from potential buyers, I wonder what happened?>> Adot has recentley reported that they have potetial buyers of Billboards that estimate $7Million. <<To: dexx (1349 ) From: Thomas Clawson (Trial Member) 7/22/98 I decided to make one last post. I received this from Biomoda's CEO yesterday afternoon>> I can type a letter too. If Biomoda felt that Adot was lying about their position there then I think Biomoda would be upset enough to release news or at least state on the Biomoda Web page(which would cost them less to nothing to do) that Adot does not have such right. I would think if someone was messing with my companies creditability I would take some action. << But we have two things against us here. Biomoda is not planning an IPO until late next year at the earliest.>> Is this Fact? I havent seen anything that says Biomoda will not go public to at least year 2000,unless you take that poster on the Si thread seriously that he is the Israeli Representative for Biomoda, remember him, he was the one who was going to keep us informed on Biomoda but has yet to add anything to this thread of substantal importance. ---------------------------------------------------------- Some facts to date are that Adot did file to become a reporting company right on schedule and that they have leased a building large enough to produce and that they now pocess the machinery since July of 98 for mass production. They have cash on hand and have documented their position in Biomoda(see 10sb). Of course if you are looking to buy some Adot please do your own research and dont base it on my opinions or anyone elses on this thread. I too will be buying some more shares this week and welcome all the new posters too the thread. Andrew T
