From spider valdez it is true tiefer is not attorney. i ask you, did he ever claim to be when threatening ta's to get charlie's restricted stock? Spider, there is no evidence, in the legal documents, for your assertion that Tiefer claimed to be an attorney. Furthermore, if he had done so, and anyone was willing to submit an affidavit to that effect, I would expect that the judge would have had something to say about it. You do seem to be in contact with Amazon on these things, and they certainly have the documents involved. Find out at least that part of the full story, since it is readily accessible. Other parts of this tale seem suitable to be learned only around the campfire, in the old tradition -- this message board appears to be the modern form of such an education. Level Head
