SO HOW MANY GOT SOLDOUT BY THERE STOP LOSS ORDERS

I had a stop loss at 22.5 and I don't know if it was executed. I use E*TRADE and lately, it would be faster if I hand delivered my orders. Do I own or not? I'm going to put in a buy order and if it goes through I say I do!
