JHP: I want you to know that I have sent your words to Franklin Telecommunications. I'm sure that they will be interested in holding you accountable for such accusations. Frank Peters, President of Franklin Telecom has gone on record saying: "We will prosecute, to the full extent of the law, anybody attempting to injure our company through slander, libel or manipulation of the market in such a way as to prevent the free and natural trading of our stock-especially when this might result in damage to our shareholders." www2.techstocks.com I talked to Mr. Peters face to face last week on this very issue and you should be warned, he's not kidding. The courts are beginning to hold people like you accountable for what you say. And don't think that the so called anonymity of JHP is any protection. They have ways to know everything they need to know about you. SI's policy on personal privacy won't mean squat.
