saju chacko, If you communicated with DELL the way you communicated this message, I can understand why you aren't getting any service. I am typing this on a DELL laptop watching the Super Bowl. I knocked my laptop off the table and it still works just fine. DELL cheap? Hardly. There is no way DELL expects you to be able to repair your own laptop. Stop the foul language and improve your communication skills and maybe you will get better service. zora
